Digger Derby is a fictional idle digging game operated by The Digger Derby operator. Contact: digger@crodar.xyz.

Playing and saving

Gold, depth, machinery and discoveries are game progress, not money or ownership of real property. Server time controls play: at most two hits per second, no banked hits, and up to 24 hours of offline automation per claim. There is no prestige reset. Keep your bearer token private and use optional X sign-in if you want to recover a shaft on another device. We cannot promise recovery of an anonymous token you lose.

Do not exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, impersonate other players or use offensive public names. Automated clicking cannot evade the server hit cap. The operator may restrict abusive traffic and remove abusive accounts.

Optional cosmetics

Payments remain disabled unless the operator configures them. When offered, each cosmetic or bundle is a one-time purchase at the US dollar price shown in the game before checkout, with any applicable tax shown by Stripe before payment. Cosmetics change appearance only: they never increase power, yield, offline time or boosts. X sign-in is required to buy cosmetics and to restore them on another device. Refund or purchase concerns should be sent to the operator; mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Invitations and availability

“Dig beside me” creates a public, immutable snapshot invitation. Sharing is optional and we never post on your behalf. Interactive play inside an X post is a deployment-dependent feature, not a promise. Availability, uninterrupted play and permanent storage are not guaranteed. The operator may maintain or retire the service and will handle retained data under the privacy policy.
